he hadnt written one in awhile

but the mood returned

  moodthe emotion

    had returned

he wasnt happy it had

 

he strived for happiness

although he wouldnt abuse himself for the occasional misstep stepped in it

                                                                                 everyone

every once in a while steps in it

find a stick

snap a twig

sit on a curb

scrap it off your sole

     more viscerally

from between your toes

                                 then get up
