in an absurd moment he showed his
buddy Lanky how the hero of a film he saw had smashed off the end of a fifth of
whiskycreated a weaponjammed it into the throat of an enemy
he recreated itfiguring Lanky like most people was visual smashed the end of the bottle on the squared concrete
base supporting a metal light pole
the end came off neatly like hed
been doing it for yearssurprised him he lungedstabbed it into the carotid artery
for the kill the bottle crumpled unexpectedly lacerating his fingers
and hand
not too bad multiple wounds
none stitchworthy would make for a fun story a remembrance
bleeding as freely as he was he didnt
think or it didnt feel that he had embedded slivers if
so theyd work themselves out
Lanky saw the blooddropped like
he was shot which was fucking hilarioushe laughed so hard he teared up
then he realised Lanky had
actually fainted
at the sight of blood
he might have to reassess his friendship
Lanky was cold a couple of
minutes
gave him enough time to pull his
shirt offbind his hand hold it above his head and wary of any blood snaking
down his arm
a tight bind
pretty sure the wounds were
superficial
if they were likely he wouldnt be sharing
this story
he dispatched his lamppost
