Corporate and I disagree philosophically  However it seems that philosophically corporate and its on-the-ground in-the-store employees ought to be in agreement  Employees shouldnt be informed after the factafter decisions are made which will affect them and their customers  There ought to be a period for input take questions  The fact is corporate doesnt work in the stores and hasnt a clue of those unique transactions we have to mitigate in real time on our feet
