shivering is a form of exercise

                               why woudnt he emulate his ancestors who hadnt modern utilities  electricity gas plumbing heat   whose constitution was superior

his thermostats job was simple register the house temperature he was usually able to guess a game he played  entertainment  guessed temp within three degrees 

                                                    his fortune  he lived in temperate California  it didnt get too hot or too cold  call him Goldilocks 

a buddy didnt like to shiver
