it amused himhappening more often than he would have thought

relishing the sounds of their breathsthe warmth of their presence 

then like a leaf finally overwhelmed sodden  hed sink into the depth of his springfed sleeping pond

hed wake again catnapped still feeling their weight on him  and opening his eyes they werent in bed with him  on him

he was alone in the bedroom

their residual weight amused him

he woandered what that was

then he quit woandering and simply took it for what it was worth and relished it
