dogs and children

Dogs and children sound the same alarm

different tongues

                              but the same alarm

maybe he ought to distinguish that a little better

dogs were dogs   alert  even while they sleep

children

               the dull ones

destine to be worthless   

                                         brusque to be sure  but an honest assessment

havent the breeding a mutt does

its been breed out of them

while sharp children make dogs heel

they innately recognise the difference

                                                                those children suspect

then suspicions confirmed

they seek to be apart

gather their own clans
  

                                       unmercifully

as children honestly are
