         without context of why he had them rendered inarticulate   dumb  

he had half a mind to have a pit dug and all his belongingshis books art record albums picture albumsEverything which were cast to his life  his body laid on top of them  immolated

he was elsewhere

                    maybe ashes bind   atoms congeal
