last week he declared that when inaugurated he prefers the Republican-majority Senate vacate the Capitol and allow him recess appointments

he prefers duly-elected some newly-minted US senators forego their Constitutional obligations to which they will have uttered sworn oaths and deny Americans their rights  the Senates duty   Advice and Consent
