they are not political prisoners

he felt their jail/prison terms could be simplified

                                                   they would remain incarcerated – not based on Time served/Time to be served – but rather dependent upon when they can pass  with a C  a quarter/semester of freshman college science biology  physical science  botany  geology  physics   etcetera et ˈsedərə etcetera

                                                                                         thereby creatively providing them an incentive  an educational intellectual plank  to return to society better off than when they entered confinement

or not
