an enraged officer took a wild swing at his bare head with a truncheon but missed

its why fighters worked the body to bring the arms down from protecting the head

a body is easier to hit

theres more of it to protect

elbows and arms cant possibly absorb all the punishment meant for it

but because the officer was enraged he telegraphed his intent

and because it wasnt a sudden jab he was able to pull his head out of harms way

which made the officer in the officers eyes appear even more foolish and more ridiculous to the line of protesters who stood to either side of his shoulders  furthur emboldening their pique and jeer

the police were trying to invoke Riot!

Riot? a peaceful though vocal demonstration is part civil rights part civility part civil disobedience and all of it is protected by the US Constitution

did he provoke the officer when he asked him eyeball to eyeball if he realised recognised he was acting like a goon in service of handlers hed never see beside him on the line never assuming the risks they wanted him to sustain

did he provoke him when he asked him if he was a peacekeeper sworn to protect and serve or was he rather a paid thug in distant service of a hatemonger and a fascist

did he notice how his jaw jutted like Benito Mussolinis  which he practised before his lavatory mirror every morning after he was shaved by his barber

did he know or remember history

did he remember how Mussolini ended up hanging dead from his heels killed by a mob he created and Hitler cowardly hiding committied suicide and his generals and enablers faced trial in Nuremberg and found guilty were hung or sentenced to long jail terms for their inhumanity and torture

does he recognise that Germanys democratically-elected Chancellor Angela Merkel  --  winning the majority of the popular vote  --  is now the Worlds strongest democratic voice as America has finally slipped and disrobed herself of her Entitlement and self-determined status as an Indispensable Nation

he wouldnt guess that either the officer or the President-elect had

and while earlier he considered gardening more next year he was now commended to the streets to help defend Other Americans and Others who took America at her word at the words inscribed at the foot of the Statue of Liberty    

“Give me your tired, your huddled masses yearning to be breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, the tempest-tossed to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!”    

and if She didnt then She had no choice but to raze the Statue of Liberty 

tear off her arm that held up the light and promise of her torch

he was commended to help defend these People from the malicious Whites and Christians gone haywire  to help defend them from Law and Order  the crisp white words that State officials and enablers would deftly hide behind

and the while

           the Ignorant and Profane can tend their gardens
