cats got into his papers againscattered them everywhere across the studio  looks like they had a ball

he wasnt upset

the only daunting thing was that he didnt number the pages or date them he had written at a fever pitch the day beforeexhausted himself he went to bed without undressinglaid on top the blanket 

                                                                                        there were better than thirty pagesboth sides though curiously he failed when finishing a side to turn it rotate the bottom up whichhe usually did had he he would have halved his work IDIOT  Lamebrain

                                                                   anwhen he became consumedexcited his handwriting suffered  even he struggled to read it most people found his quiet handwriting illegible

he had his work cut out for him

he went at it with stubborn humour

after shuffling the pages togethergrateful the cats hadnt shredded any though they liberally puncturedtore holes with tooth or nail he put on his reading glasses to assemble them

ten minutes in he found what looked like beginhere if it was that was where he started next word was either stroll scroll scrawll he took liberties spelling if it suited him or his purpose the two were not the same 

                                                                                                      what followed was something like a text bubble cartoon bubble textburp cartoonburp evidently he couldnt make up his mindliked options they looked wet how does a simple line drawing look wet at their edges he could imagine they were silverlighted slick as spit expectorated crudely on the page 

                                    either stroll scroll scrawll an ancient bug swallowed in amber  an unidentified bug  Nope, never saw anything like that before.   Things got twelve legs   Is it two bugs? two insects six plus six is twelve.  Don see two heads   Me either.   So what did you mean   I don’t remember.   Its not even written in the same ink as the rest of the page   Like a lace a splash of magma.   Yah 

eventually he cobbled the piece together

if something would have given him a headache this ought to have done it
